Wellness Warriors

A youth-led program promoting mental health, physical fitness, and holistic well-being. Overview Wellness Warriors empowers young people to take charge of their health through mental, physical, and emotional wellness. The program builds resilience and balance while encouraging youth to become advocates for healthy lifestyles in their schools and communities.

Key Features:

Mental Health Awareness – Stress management workshops, journaling sessions, mindfulness practices, and peer support circles.

Physical Fitness & Nutrition – Weekly fitness challenges, cooking demonstrations, sports activities, and nutrition education.

Service Projects – Students plan and lead wellness fairs, health campaigns, and community garden initiatives.

Youth Wellness Ambassadors – Trained student leaders who promote wellness in schools and neighborhoods through advocacy and peer mentorship.
