Phil Mothershed is a military veteran who served in the Marine Corps for 8 years. He is a leader with extensive experience in operations, testing, and project management. He has 16 years of experience as a Reliability engineer in the Defense Industry. Mr. Mothershed holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Southern University A & M College. He has done a lot of community work in his local community and volunteered for STEM projects with the companies he worked at. He’s an avid traveler and loves to attend live sports events. He loves spending time with family and mentoring the youth.

Tamika L. Jones, a dedicated birth worker and advocate, is committed to empowering women through compassionate support and education. With over 20 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Southern University and A&M College, Tamika focuses on reducing maternal and infant mortality in Louisiana, especially among African American women. As a member of the Pregnancy Associated Mortality Review Committee and a Sista Midwife Productions R.E.S.T. Institute fellow, she champions informed choices and equity in healthcare. Beyond her impactful work, Tamika enjoys traveling, listening to music, and cherishing time with loved ones.

Lisa Porter is currently employed as a teacher in the St. Tammany Parish Public School System. In addition to her work in education, she is the Principal Dancer of Millisia White's New Orleans Society of Dance Baby Doll Ladies, Inc., serving as a proud culture bearer of the New Orleans doll-masking community.

Rosarielle Jamison holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies & Consumer Sciences. She has six years of experience teaching mathematics and has worked with students across both elementary and middle school levels. In addition to her classroom role, Ms. Jamison coaches a debate team, helping students build confidence, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Her passion for education and student success continues to drive her work in and beyond the classroom.

Lisa Y. (Dillon) Nolen is a proud New Orleanian, McDonogh 35 graduate, and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel whose journey reflects resilience, dedication, and service. Rising through the military ranks, she earned recognition not only for her personal achievements but also for her ability to inspire and lead others by example.

Throughout her career and beyond, Lisa has remained committed to uplifting others. She has served through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., mentored youth across the community, and championed programs like Delta GEM’s to empower and educate young women. Since retiring in 2014, she has continued to give back, redirecting her passion toward preparing the next generation for success.

Her life’s work—spanning the classroom, the battlefield, and the community—exemplifies true leadership and service. Lisa Nolen brings wisdom, passion, and extraordinary leadership to every space she serves, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire.
